Refund policy
Thank you for choosing BACHA.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns requested or sent after this period will not be accepted.
Returns
To start a return, please contact us at hello[at]bacha.house or through our contact form.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
Approved returns will be processed as a refund or exchange according to your preference. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Lifetime Warranty
All BACHA luggage is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper use, or modifications.
At our discretion, BACHA will repair or replace items that qualify under this warranty; replacement items may be of equal or similar value depending on availability.
This warranty is limited to the value of the original product and does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
Proof of purchase and photographs of the issue may be required to process a claim.
